We found some awesome toys on ksl.com yesterday and Carter is in heaven!Carter's tool benchYes, it's in his bedroom :)And a Kitchen, we still need food and cooking supplies but that will come in timeBasketball Hoop (that's Haley in the corner)Sand/Water TableI love that is has a lid!And here is our garden (the ball came with the hoop)Lettuce is starting to sproutPumpkin, Cucumber, Zucchini green and yellow, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Spinach and Lettuce Here is our flower garden on the back of the house...hope the flowers come soon :)Hopefully I will get a chance to blog again soon. My day care has picked up a lot, which is so much fun, so I don't get a chance to be on the computer much. Hope you all are doing well!! Have a wonderful summer :)

Here is a list of all the fun things we did in November... First we went up to Sundance to play in the snow There wasn't a ton of snow but it was still fun And while we were playing it was snowing at home :) Next was Thanksgiving with the Smith's So nice to spend holidays with Family and FriendsWe ended up staying the weekend with Grandpa and Grandma Smith's and Carter loved hanging out with them and having the toys to himself ;) Here is the "hotel" he built, parking includedSemi-truck hauling logs Carter's truck with logs strapped to the back....heavy load commin' throughAnd the sweet boy who made it all....wow, he's growing so much!Then we headed to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights and Nativity ScenesWe went on the opening night and it was crowded, but still lots of fun...and surprisingly not too cold We went with Grandpa & Grandma Smith, Aunt Holly and Cousins's Joseph & AbbyThe boys had so much fun running around, when they could, and we enjoyed the beauty of the Temple & lights We had a blast, what a fun November!We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you are feeling the spirit of Christmas. Here are the pictures of our house. Sorry, again, that it took me so long to post them. Some of the pictures were hard to take, and there are a lot, so I have put small captions. Also, the pictures aren't up yet so the walls are very bare. So it's going to be awhile till I get pictures on here but we just wanted to let you all know that we bought a house!!! Sorry, for the long anticipated wait of our big news. Things have been busy with the move, new callings in church and I'm in the process of getting my Child Care License. I was called to be the 2nd counselor in the Primary Presidency and Gordon was called to be the Assistant Ward Clerk. With being in the Primary I am also over the Cub Scouts. This is a complete new experience for me but very good to be "in the know" about scouts. Carter gets to go to my first Pack Meeting tonight and he's excited about it. Then tomorrow He and I are headed to Cali!! My sister and best friend are having their baby showers and then my Dad is going in for Cancer treatments. This will be an interesting visit and will be totally worth it! We are excited to go but sad to leave Gordon at home. Though I'm sure he won't mind having our new house to himself ;) We hope everyone is doing well and that you enjoy this Fall season!!

California Fun!

I can't believe it's already July 1st and I still haven't posted about our trip to Cali. We had such a fun time with my Mom here for 3 weeks and then going to Cali for the next 2 weeks. Sad thing is that we were so busy that the time went by way fast...and I can't wait to visit again! Here are some pictures from our fun trip... We loved being in the hot tub at Uncle Mike's! We spent some time in San Francisco. Carter enjoyed playing with his new toy trolley :)We enjoyed some great seafood!!And it wouldn't be San Fran without seeing the sea lions Next we went to the Sacramento Zoo! The flamingos were fun to see. Carter liked watching them play :) The Tigers were so close, it was great! Carter thought it was so cool to see a real tiger! Then we saw Lions...which were way close too And the Giraffes were out playing tooNext we saw the Zebras and Ostriches. After a snapped a few of these guys my camera battery died, of course, but we did get to see a snow leopard, some monkeys and other animals. Sad to say that the zoo doesn't have Elephants anymore. I was really hoping that Carter would get to see a real elephant...hopefully someday at a different zoo. Then we headed to Reno, on our way home, and played with family at the water park. Carter had fun playing with his cousins and swimming!He had so much fun that he wore himself out and took a nap. Carter loves his cousins! Here he is with Hunter and Bridger. They were playing with Thomas and had fun putting the track together :)These pictures are just a gimps of all the many things we did while in Cali. We went and saw family in Grass Valley and Davis, had a blast with the family in Auburn, helped a friend with a garage sale and had just a little time to relax and enjoy the California weather. Hi Everyone :) We are back and I'm finally able to post a bit...very little though because I REALLY need to clean my house!! We had a blast in Cali and so much fun with my family. We went hot tubing, visited San Francisco, went to the zoo, visited Reno and family there and found out that my sister, Gina, is pregnant!! So much fun was had and so many picture were taken so I will get to posting those as soon as I can. Now time to clean...hope you all have a great Friday!!

My Mom is in town and Carter is LOVING it!!! Another nice thing is that we are having really nice weather :)We went to the park and Carter got to show her all of his climbing, sliding and swinging skills.Here's Morgan, Carter, Grandma, Natalia & Tatyana swinging together. (Natalia & Tatyana are in our ward) While we were there Carter even got brave enough to climb on the ropes...and he did Great!!! I know, Easter was like 2 weeks ago but here are pictures of our activities anyway :) First Carter saw that we had "Cars" and "Star Wars" egg coloring kits and so we had to color eggs He had so much fun!!Then Carter, Morgan & Grant made caterpillarsThey painted and put glitter on themThen after they dried the kids put faces, antennas and tails on themMaking crafts are so fun!Next we started practicing for the Easter Bunny by having an Egg hunt, and the kids wanted to do it like 5,000,000 times a day ;) Ainslie, Hyrum and Naomi got to join our "egg hunt practice" They loved it so much that we then colored some eggs Then, of course, we had to do another hunt :)Next we went on our "Smith Easter Camping Trip"Carter got to bring his own 4-wheeler too We then came home and had Easter Sunday filled with family, fun and gifts from the Easter Bunny We hope you all had a fun filled Easter Holiday and that you felt the Spirit of our Savior Jesus Christ...which is the true meaning of this special holiday!

Here are a few pictures of the last couple of weeks. I want to post more recent "Easter" pictures but my camera battery needs to charge so I will get those up here soon. Here is Carter with some lego towers he made, he was so proud! (In case you are wondering the crib behind him is not for him. Yes, he is in a "big boy" bed, the crib is for one of the day care kids) He was having so much fun hitting the balloon around the livingroom. He was laughing a lot while doing this it was so cute! This is a special silly moment he had...he wanted his Teddy Bear stuffed in his PJ's.He was dancing around the kitchen with him and it was so funny to watch. Last, but not least, here he is sporting his new "Cars" shades.Peek-a-boo....I see you :)

First off "Happy Valentine's Day"!!! We hope your day was filled with love, hugs and kisses :)I love this table cloth! We had a fun Valentine's day filled with calling the plumber to fix our bathroom and kitchen sink (after Gordon spent hours of work on it), hanging out and going to our Stake Valentine's dance that night. Knowing it would be hard to find a babysitter for that night we decided to take Carter with us to the dance and he had a BLAST!! Turns out that other couples did the same thing so it wasn't that big of a deal. Second...Here is Carter, Grant and Morgan making cheerio necklaces :) They had so much fun doing this...and eating the broken ones along the way. And Third....I got my hair done :) And I absolutely LOVE it!!

Wow, I can't even believe Carter is 3!!! He is such a sweet boy and we love having him around! Here's how his Birthday events went... We started out the week with his celebration in Nursery (so cute with his star) Then we took him to Burger King where he got his "King" hat and transformed into "King Carter" Next my Parents and Grandma Dixie came into town and brought Carter this cool 4-wheeler (which he Loves!) He then got to open family gifts on his actual Birthday...HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARTER!!Oh, how he Loves presents :) That night he got a bubble bath...ooh la la Then on to the next day when he had a Friend Birthday Party!! We had a "bean bag toss" and "pin the ball on the catcher" games Wall-E cake... Made by yours truly (can't beat the experience from working at Baskin-Robbins) And then, of course, the PRESENTS!!!! Thank you all so much for the gifts and help you gave! They are both appreciated so much! It was so fun having my family in town for this occasion :) Thanks for coming all this way to visit and celebrate with us! Carter we Love you so much and hope this year brings you much joy and happiness! Happy 3rd Birthday!!!!!

Carter has this toy... When he first saw it he said, "It's Grandpa riding a motorcycle!" As you may know we go camping in the desert with the Smith's during Easter break. While we are there Grandpa Smith rides his motorcycle and does fun tricks. Kinda like this one...Ok, it's a little extreme but it caught Carter's eye and he loves his "Grandpa and motorcycle" toy. Sorry it has taken me so long to blog about the holidays. Things have been so busy and now that school has started things are even more busy for me. Not that I am going to school or anything but my Day Care has picked up like crazy! It is so nice to have friends for Carter to play with again. He missed them dearly! Here are some pictures of our holiday fun... First off, it has snowed a couple of times and Carter loves it! He also has enjoyed some fun holiday crafts. He and Morgan are making "Christmas Trees" with candy We enjoyed a fun Day Care Christmas Party The kids had a blast opening presents and hanging out with each other :) (Thanks Janae for coming to help and play also!) Here Carter is enjoying the snow. Yes, we made 4 snowmen and he loved it! I taught him how to make Snow Angels...though he is not really doing one in this picture. He had fun "Getting Stuck", as he called it, in the snow :) We also enjoyed seeing Christmas lights with the Clark's. Spanish Fork puts on a great show and we fully enjoyed it :) It was snowing as we were driving around which made it even more special! Oh, and did I tell you that Carter Loves the snow?!? We went sledding with our friends Art, Naomi and Hyrum and we all had a blast!This is just before we were sent down the hill backwards...and Carter enjoyed every minute of it! Carter was so excited to go down the hill with Hyrum...actually this is how we got them to the car. Now on to Christmas...we enjoyed a fun time at the Smith's for Great food, Family time and of course the Christmas Pageant. Carter was a shepard...and a handsome one at that ;) And here are the angels Katie, Jenny & Katelyn :) Thanks Rob & Meggan for putting on a great pageant! Here Carter is putting out cookies, eggnog and a wish list for Santa on Christmas Eve. This is a tradition we are starting in our family. I have read a couple blogs from friends wondering what traditions are fun to have and this is one we like most. Carter drew pictures of the gifts he would like and had fun helping make cookies for Santa :) I can't say this was actually on his list but Carter got a "real" guitar from Santa...(all the way from Germany, hehe) and he Loves playing with Daddy :) It's so cute, he plays like August Rush (which is a must see movie by the way) And here we are back to the snow :) Gordon and I made a slide off our porch and Carter loves it! Gordon and I like it too...we don't have to make the trek back up the hill everytime :)Yes I know, this was a long post. Dentist

Carter LOVES the Dentist! This was his 3rd time there but the 1st time I brought the camera. He did so good and I am so glad we caught some pictures and video of it.He is such a Flirt with the nurses!! She even let him use the "sucker" as I call it. It's the thing that sucks all the spit out. He loved it!! And the Dentist was Great! You did so good Carter :) Here is a video of him using the "sucker"

It has been awhile since we have posted and that is mainly do to the fact that Carter and I are in Germany right now :) We came out here to visit some friends, who just had a baby, and to enjoy more of this beautiful world that we all live in. Unfortunately Gordon couldn't come with us but we are taking tons of pictures and video so we can share our experiences with him. It is so hard to be away from him this month but because technology is so awsome right now we have been able to communicate often. So, here are some pictures of this wonderful trip that we are on...This is some Great food we had....it is a Doener and it was way yummmy! Here is Carter on our walk through the neighborhood. He loved the crane in the background. It was moving and he wanted to see it closer :) So it seems that wherever we go we have to go upstiars...we are Always climbing the stairs! (great workout though)We had a chance to visit the aquarium in Hamburg...that is where we are visiting...and it was really cool! They had a great shark tank! Here we are at the Rissen zoo. Rissen is a little town in Hamburg and they had a fun zoo where we could get up close with the animals and feed them. Here we are feeding the pigs. And the goat that got out of the cage This deer was very very friendly! You'll see how friendly in this video. We could touch him but didn't dare to ;) Here are some cool buildings that I got a picture of. This is the Rathaus...also known as City Hall...we got to go inside too :)This is the LDS ward building where we have church on Sunday. It is very pretty inside too! Here we are in front of the San Diego ship that we took a tour through. The kids enjoyed being on the big ship! This is Jana and Katelyn, her daughter, we met them through the ward and it has been so much fun hanging out with them :) And here is Carter playing in a gymnastics class with Katelyn. It was great that he could get some wiggles out!! So there are some fun pictures...and a video.... of our fun time so far here in Germany. This has been such an experience and we are enjoying every minute of it!!!! We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and we will post more in December :)

So Gordon has been saying to me that it is so easy to put video up on the blog but hasn't shown me how to do it. We are lucky we even have a blog because I had no idea where to start and Gordon just doesn't have the time for it. Thanks to my friend, Joy, for having a blog and to blogger for helping you set up a blog for yourself when you make a comment. Anyway, we finally have video up here and you can bet there will be more to come. I chose this video because of the "Ghostbusters" song. Don't look too close though, this is at our Corbridge family reunion and we had been camping for about 3 days. Carter's got some great dance moves on here too :) He loves, Loves to dance!

Halloween is coming...

Carter has decided that he wants to be a Tiger for Halloween. So we were experimenting with the face paints. He had a blast getting all painted up :)We used water color paints and they worked great! No need to buy Halloween face paint. Oh, and now Carter is chasing Gordon around the house yelling...WWWWWWWRRRRRRRAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

July Fun Times!

I have been wanting to do a tribute to July for quite some time now so here it is.... First off, Carter's coloring skills have grown a ton. Look at all those circles We had 2 family reunions. This is the Corbridge Famiy Reunion (Cindy's Mom's side of the Fam) We camped at Cisco Grove, Ca and here we are playing Water Balloon Volley Ball My Mom and I made the Pinata And it sure was a HIT Four-Wheeling Fun Some more then others - Go Uncle Kelly!! And late night Scum games. We had 3 tables of scum with another table on the side...what a blast!We had so much fun hanging out and visiting with all the Corbridges!! Then we had the Smith/Hamilton Family Reunion... Almost everyone was in town and we had a lot of fun! Jeff & Brenda and Girls came from Houston, Tx Jody & Brooke and kids came from Delta, UtAnd the rest of us clowns had fun hanging out! Here's Holly, Dave & Joseph with baby Abby on the way Then during the Hamilton Reunion (Gordon's Dad's side of the Fam) Carter got to tour Cousin Jason's Police Truck!! Thanks Jason, Carter loved it!! Another fun thing that happened last month was that we got to take care of Matt & Janeece's kids while they were in Alaska. Carter had so much fun playing with his cousins Zach, Tyler & Katelyn Plus pool time is always a blast! And last but definitely not least...We hope you all had a great 4th and 24th of July!!!! We sure did!!

I had no idea what he was talking about until he said "lets do it again", meaning this... Camping

Here are the pics of our camping trip we took the last weekend in June. I am finally getting them posted. We had so much fun and our camp site was full of caterpillars. There were only 2 sites left and so it was either deal with the caterpillars or drive an hour to find other camp grounds, that may be full. So we decided to befriend the billions of caterpillars and the boys enjoyed it. We camped with some friends from our ward and we all had a blast! Carter loved roasting marshmallows but didn't like eating them...more for me, hehe He did a great job too :) The next day we decided to hike to Stewart Falls. (From Left to Right: Mike, Grant, Emily, Art, Naomi, Hyrum, Cindy, Carter and Gordon) Carter and Grant liked hiking and "doing it themselves" but soon got tired of it and hitched a ride on their Dad's shoulders. The falls were beautiful and it was a great way to cool off after the hike. On the hike back both Carter and Grant fell asleep and we switched off holding Carter. Here he is with Art towards the end of the hike. Wow, his legs are long!We all had a blast hanging out and getting to know each other better. We will definitely do this again soon. Maybe next time without the caterpillars ;)

So for all you out there that don't really know Carter you probably won't find this as awsome as I do, but......Carter threw up in the toilet today!!!! He got up from the table and said his tummy hurt so I immediately thought he had to poop. I took him into the bathroom and he starting crying because it hurt him and by the way he was acting I knew he was going to loose his lunch. So we stood at the toilet and it all came out. I couldn't be more thrilled :) Carter has had an issue with throwing up and it's just him. I can't tell you the number of times we have had to clean his car seat, highchair, bed, toys and especially clothes from this nasty grossness. Needless to say Gordon and I are immune to the smell and know his signs now. I hope this is a turning point and that he will tell us next time he needs to do this again. I told him the toilet is the best place to throw up and hopefully he will remember it. Other then that things are doing really well. We went camping with some friends last weekend and we are going to Cali next weekend for a Family Reunion :) Plus this weekend is the 4th! Happy 4th of July Everyone!!! We hope you all are Safe, Happy and Healthy!!!

Here is our new car!!It's a 2006 Honda Accord and we LOVE it!!Gordon is in the background showing it to our friends, David & Francesca, in Germany It has a sun/moon roof, dual exhaust and it's so fun to drive!Even Carter is excited to have this "New Addition" to the family :)

California Trip & My Birthday

Hi All, so Carter and I are back from our trip(s) to California this month and here are a few pictures from our time there... These few are of Carter playing with my parents and Grandma's dogs. It took him a while to be ok with them and here they are "playing" with a toy. They actually bark a lot when playing. He was really happy when Mommy was playing too He even got brave enough to take the toy and throw itHere he is waking up Aunt Gina....WAKE UP! (he says) Yea, he got her to wake up and play :) Here he is with Aunt Stacy... And loving every bit of it :) We had a blast in California and can't wait to visit again....next time I will get the camera out more often too. Also, it is my Birthday today and we had a party over the weekend... We had Mike & Emily & Grant and Art & Naomi & Hyrum over and we really had a fun time. After dinner and some playtime we put the boys (babies) to bed and played Cranium. It was so fun!Carter loved having Grant over again :) So other then traveling and partying things are going great here. We are enjoying the nice weather and are excited for more to come :)

We hope you all had a wonderful Mother's day filled with love and family. I sincerely enjoy the time I get to spend with my wonderful husband and son. They are truly the love and joy in my life! I am so blessed to be a Mother and be able to teach Carter and watch him learn and grow. Which, by the way, happens so fast. Here are some tokens of their appreciation for me as their wife and mother... Thank you Gordon, these flowers are wonderful and smell amazing! Carter made this in nursery and as I have been enjoying looking at it I noticed that the flower is his hand. They traced his hand and made it into this beautiful flower....what a sweet gift!

Bridal Veil Falls

We went to Bridal Veil Falls last night just to get out of the house and we had a lot of fun.Carter really enjoyed it too. He was thanking us like the whole time :) Great to spend time in nature for a bit And this picture I love :)

This one was taken a couple of weeks ago...he was enjoying his bubble bath :) We went to the Mall and found that the fair was here so we had to stop and playCarter loved the rides and had a blast driving his own car!Then we did the merry-go-round and then, as a family, we did the apple ride that you sit in and it spins around... After doing 3 rides in a row of just circles we decided to take a break and walk off the dizziness Gordon and Carter had fun doing this one together :) Ok, so some fun things have happened I just haven't blogged about them....my bad. I will try and do better at this. We are so glad spring is finally here and hope you all are enjoying it :)

Yea, so it has been a long time since I've posted anything. I guess not much has really happened and I haven't thought about posting. Carter and I did go to Cali last week to visit for awhile. Total surprise trip...it just so happened that I was off work for a week so we decided to go play. Also my cousin got married while we were out there so it was fun to be there for that. And we are going again next weekend (the one after Mother's Day) to visit and be there for my Cousin's reception. That trip was planned awhile ago. Carter is growing like crazy and is doing really well with the potty training. I am so glad he is in underwear! It is so cute that he is standing to pee also :) And the weather has been so nice that we have been playing outside like all the time. The camera is in the car so I will get it out later today and get some new pictures to post. Hope you all are doing well!!

Happy (late) Easter to all! It has taken me awhile to get these posts up because my Mom and sister, Stacy, were in town last week...along with my other sister, Gina, and her husband Dmitry. It was Great having them visit! Here is what the East Bunny left on our table... Carter got a "Bob the Builder" DVD an , as you can tell, he loved it! Then we were invited to have an Easter egg hunt at a friends house after Church Here are the boys...Jackson, Beckham & Carter...checking out their loot It took awhile for Carter to agree to take a family picture...he just wanted to play with the boys What a wonderful time we have to reflect on the gifts the Savior has given us. We hope you all had a wonderful Easter and that you were able to remember what this season is really about.

Our Camping Trip

Well here are the pictures of our "Fun" camping trip. We had a blast and Carter really really enjoyed it. Here he is with his cousin Briella...Uncle Jeff, Carter, Cousin(s) Briella & Katelyn Here we are in a cave right behind our tents...yes, we are standing inside Carter Loved "Skiing" down the hills Carter and Mommy....he wanted to ride all day, every day Carter and Aunt Katie at the petroglyph's Ending of our Easter Candy Hunt....it was so cute watching the older kids figure out the clues and the younger kids trying to keep up Even when he wasn't riding he was happy just sitting on the 4-wheelers Here is a family group picture with a couple friends added in....we usually take a group picture of everyone but we weren't able to this year. We had about 70 people in our group this year. We had such a blast and can't wait to do it again next year. It was so fun seeing family and friends and getting to spend so much time together :)

Gordon's family has a tradition of going to the desert and camping for Spring Break and we are so excited to go! Here are some pictures of past trips we have been on... Here Gordon and I are on our first trip together...we had only been dating for a couple of weeks Carter & Katelyn enjoying the Easter Candy!! He was so little back then...Cute! Carter really wanted to finger paint a couple of days ago, so I set him up to do it and he was so cute and appreciative that I would let him finger paint. Well....... Don't let this little face fool you. Just after I took these pictures I went to go talk with Gordon and when I came back to see how Carter was doing a couple of minutes later he had finger paint Everywhere! He had the paper, which was covered in paint, on his Head....had paint in his ears, on the wall and all over the table cloth. Needless to say I stripped him down and put him in the tub. No, the color is not from the paint but he was doing really good at potty training and one of his presents was the color dotz. I had told him that he could use it for his next bath....thought I didn't know it was going to be this early.

My Valentine Present

So Gordon and I decided not to give Valentine presents this year, due to the fun cost of my surgery, and he Totally surprised me by pulling out this beautiful necklace. I have been wanting to get it posted and finally have the pictures to do so. It is a piece of coral off the coast of Italy. It was directly imported from Italy!!I hope you can see it closely...you can see the lines in it from growing in the ocean and there are tiny holes in it too. And it glows in good light...I just LOVE it!!Thank you So Much Gordon!! It's Beautiful and I Love You!!

Yesss for Spring!!

I am so excited that spring is coming! Though Utah spring is nothing like California spring, it is still nice to have the weather getting warmer and the snow melting. Carter is loving it too! Especially when he gets to ride his "motorcycle"... You can see how "un-green" and muddy everything is but at least it's not snow :) Carter and Morgan love riding their motorcycles together!Morgan is a little girl I have in my Day Care. She is 1 month younger than Carter.The little turkey wouldn't smile for me...Oh well, he's still cute!

Since I haven't posted anything in a while here are some more pictures and fun things we have done... We had a game night at our ward and Carter got to play the drums with Daddy :)I am totally not talented enough to do that with Carter but I did try some dance moves on the playstation...it was a blast and I'm sure I looked like a dork doing it so don't expect any pictures...haha Carter and Morgan also got to paint together. I can't wait till the weather is nice enough to do this outside. I am doing so much better after my surgery. The recovery wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, which is a plus, so everything is pretty much back to normal now. Thanks to everyone for your prayers, concerns and help! I am SO glad that is over with!!!

Sorry this is late but, for those who don't know, I had my gall bladder removed on Wed. The recovery is going very well and I am so glad that Gordon gets to be home and take care of me. We hope that everyone had a great Valentine's Day! Knowing that I wouldn't be feeling good to do anything we celebrated early by going to our Stake Valentine's dance, and we had a blast! Gordon got me a dozen roses for Valentine's day and also to help me feel better....such a sweet man!It is so fun spending this time with Gordon and Carter. Even though I am not feeling my best it is fun to be home and just relax.

I just wanted to update you all about Carter's fat lip...it's doing Great! Still needs a little more time to heal but looks a lot better. Other then that we both have colds :( Thankfully Gordon hasn't caught it but we are just taking it easy here at the Smith house. Sorry no "new" pictures today. Carter's poor nose is so red from blowing it so often that I figure I will post one that you maybe haven't seen before. Hope you all are doing good and have a Great weekend! Can't wait to go outside and play again...that is, without turning into an ice sickle Carter's first time messing up his room...those were the daysOh, did I say one picture....well I found a couple that I wanted to post. Here we are in San Francisco. Alcatraz is behind Carter. Carter's enjoying a lemon at "Bubba Gumps"We got to go to Pixar while in San Fran and have a personal tour....it was Great! Thanks Ben :) Carter was ssooo tired. And for another update...I am having my gall balder surgery on Wednesday. Yes, the day before Valentine's day. But our Stake is having a Valentine's dance tomorrow so we are just going to celebrate early. Now I just hope I feel better from my cold to go dancing...I'm sure I will be feeling just fine ;)

New Couches

Here are our new couches! We got them a couple of weeks ago and just Love them :) Carter loves them too. When it's bed time he wants to sleep on the "new couches mommy" They recline and are so comfortable!Also, Carter tripped and fell into one of the kitchen table chairs last night and got a fat lip. He is totally teething...getting both eye teeth in. They have broken through and are making him so unbalanced...he keeps falling all over the place. With these 2 new teeth he now has 14 teeth!! He's been pretty happy with these teeth coming in. With minimal vomiting...thank goodness! And...yes...these pictures were taken today :)

Here are some recent pictures I wanted to post... We got together with Gordon's family and played "Guitar Hero" it was so fun!! Rock it Gordon!!! We had a great time taking Carter sledding....and he LOVED it!

We were in California for Christmas afternoon till after the New Year so we celebrated an early Birthday party for Carter. We had a great time there!

So all I did was leave a comment on Joy's blog site and now I am setting up my own blog. Yea, never thought this would happen! It's great though...now family and friends can see new pictures and videos of us and Carter growing. Which is amazing how much he is learning every day! This isn't a recent picture of him but it will work for now. This is Carter at 18 months playing around while we are trying to take our own "professional" pictures of him.
